General Terms of Service:
By purchasing products or services from Greencast Computer Services, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both the customer and our business.
Greencast Computer Services reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
Repair Service Policy:
Customers requesting repair services agree to the following:

Repair timeframes vary depending on part availability and complexity of the issue.

Diagnostic fees are applied to the repair cost.

Customers will be notified before any extra repairs are made.
Data Loss Disclaimer:
While we take precautions to protect customer data, Greencast Computer Services is not responsible for any loss of data during diagnostics, repair, upgrades, or operating system installations. Customers are strongly encouraged to back up important data before service. If data recovery services are required, they may incur additional charges and are not guaranteed to be successful.
Custom PC Build Policy:
Customers will approve the build and price before assembly. Parts purchased specifically for a custom build may be non-refundable once ordered/installed. Custom builds are fully tested before delivery. Any special requests may come with additional charge. Manufacture warranties apply to individual parts.
Warranty Policy:
We offer a 14 day labor warranty on repairs & upgrades. A 30 day labor warranty on custom PC Builds. If the same issue returns within the warranty period due to our worksmanship, we will repair it at no additional labor cost. This warranty does NOT cover: physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, malware or software related issues, customer misuse or modifications, manufacture hardware failures. All manufacture warranties are honored.
Refund Policy:
Service fees are non refundable once work has been completed. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: Duplicate billing, hardware returns under manufacturer's warranty, prebuilds within 7 days of purchase.
Parts & Deposits Policy:
For repairs, upgrades, and builds requiring parts: A deposit will be required before parts are ordered. We will honor suppliers refund policy if the parts have not been installed.
Abandoned Device Policy:
Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after service completion may be considered abandoned. Greencast reserves the right to charge storage fees, sell and or repurpose the machine or recycle. We will make many attempts to reach the customer before 30 days.
Shipping Policy:
For shipped repairs or upgrades, or any reason the customer is shipping to us the customer is responsible for securely packaging the device. Greencast Computer Services is not responsible for damage caused during shipping to our location. Return shipping will include tracking whenever possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will ship completed orders within 5 business days and provide a tracking number if applicable.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Devices will not be returned until payment is received. Deposits may be required for some purchases.
Liability Limitation:
Greencast Computer Services is not liable for: Loss of data, Loss of business or productivity, Software licensing issues, Manufacturer defects, Issues caused during shipping transportation.
Privacy Policy:
Customer information collected during service (name, phone number, email, device information, address) is used only for communication regarding services and support. Greencast Computer Services will never sell or share customer information with third parties. Greencast Computer Services reserves the right to hold your data for business purposes.
